Today, we had Adam and his son out with us for a half day nearshore charter. They had a nice catch of false albacore – quite a few tasty dinners there. The nearshore boats that did extended half days were able to get out a bit further and had some nice king mackeral. Today was a fun day offshore – we started off tile fishing and filled the box with our limit rather quickly. We then headed out in search of billfish and mahi. We had quite a few shots at some white marlin – with the guys finally getting one to the boat. The past few days have been full of activity. We have had a few nearshore trips this week with plenty of spanish mackeral and bluefish coming in the boat.
