The seas have not been to friendly for fishing yesterday and today here in the Outer Banks. However, things are looking much better starting tomorrow. This weekend is going to be gorgeous and the fishing should be red hot. Don’t delay, book today.

Today we had Kevin and the gang from Pennsylvania out with us. Plenty of action out there today, both with the tuna and unfortunately the sharks. After feeding the sharks for a bit, we headed out a little further and found some nice dolphin and to complete the day, a wahoo. Meat for the freezer.

What a great day we had offshore yesterday. Fishing started off a bit slow for us – then bam – the line on the outrigger snaps. At the other end was a 350lb blue marlin jumping in the air and spooling the reel. He managed to put on a good show. Our guys had a great fight on their hands and the entire family participated in getting it to the boat.

Had a great morning inshore yesterday. We ended up limiting out on spanish mackeral. Plenty of action for our group. The fishing both inshore and offshore has been really great this week.

It was a little bumpy out there today, but our guys hung in there and ended up with a nice catch. Lots of action, both inshore and offshore. Its a great time to get out there and have some fun.

This afternoon we had Rod and the gang from Ohio out with us. Jefferson and Bolden had a blast! Its always a great day watching the kids excitement. We love having the kids fish with us.

What a great day offshore today. We had Patrick and the gang from NC out with us. We were in the meat all day. As soon as the baits were out, bam, fish on. We also had a nice big eye on for over an hour and unfortunately he managed to pull the hook, but what a fight! We ended up with a box full of tuna – sushi for all!, We have a few openings left next week, don’t miss out! www.fishinfannatic.com, #fishinfannatic, #outerbanksfishing, #oregoninletfishing, #obxfishing, #tunafishing

This morning we had Jeremy and the gang out with us. We had plenty of action to keep everyone busy all morning long. The inshore bite has been on the past few days. www.fishinfannatic.com
If you ask Capt. Mark or our grandson what time it is, there response is “time to get with it” and that’s exactly what everyone is doing. The fishing has been red hot these past few days here in the Outer Banks and the weekend is looking great. Luckily, the storm out there will stay in the Gulf. We might see some rain on and off next week, but nothing to worry about. Offshore has seen a bunch of bigeye tuna, yellowfin tuna (with a bunch of citations), some really nice mahi. The tower has been producing nice amberjacks and inshore, the cobia are here along with the spanish mackeral. We have a few openings next week, so lets get “with it”.

Engine room all clean and painted, ready to drop in the new engines this week. We cannot wait to get back on the water. May 1st cannot come soon enough. The weather here has been crazy, a few good days followed by a few bad. The boats that have been lucky enough to be out, the fishing has been really good. Some really nice tunas and mahi have been caught. Looks like its going to be another great year here in the Outer Banks. #obxfishing, #fishinfannatic, #obxcharterfishing, #obxsportfishing
