Full payment is required at the time of booking.
If the captain determines that weather conditions are unsafe on the day of your charter, we will reschedule your trip to the next available date. Weather-related cancellations do not qualify for a refund. All payments will be credited toward a future date within 12 months of the original trip.
If you choose not to reschedule, or are unavailable for the rescheduled date(s), all monies paid are forfeited.
Cancellations made more than 31 days prior to your trip will be refunded minus a 10% administrative fee to cover processing and administrative costs.
Cancellations made within 30 days of your scheduled trip are non-refundable for any reason, including travel issues, personal emergencies, schedule conflicts, or changes in group size.
If you fail to arrive for your scheduled charter (no-show), all monies paid are forfeited.
